We seek a recent Architectural graduate who holds a Bachelor's or Masters's degree and has up to two years of non-licensed experience.

  • Go-getter with a desire to learn and grow among a team
  • Key support role within all phases of the architectural process
  • Functional knowledge of architectural-related software

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Learn the SSA design process and project software, including ArchiCAD
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to support project execution.
  • Work closely with project team members to refine designs and address technical challenges.
  • Research materials, construction techniques, and emerging trends to inform design decisions.
  • Perform site analysis tasks, such as reviewing environmental conditions or zoning requirements, to support project planning.
  • Assist in preparing for client presentations by organizing visuals or drafting meeting notes.
  • Join client meetings or site visits to gain exposure to client communication and project oversight.
  • Track project milestones and assist in maintaining timelines and deliverables under the direction of a project lead.
  • Visit construction sites with CA lead to observe progress and verify design implementation.
  • Actively pursue learning opportunities, such as mastering new design software or understanding advanced building systems.
  • Seek mentorship from experienced colleagues to refine technical and creative abilities.
  • Begin logging hours for the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) to work toward licensure.
  • Ability to adapt, an eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
